Return & Refund Policy
As a courtesy to Appliances Price Chopper LLC will provide loading assistance to help customers load purchased merchandise into their personal vehicles at the customer's request.
Appliances Price Chopper cautions customers that self-loading and transportation of merchandise may present risks of injury to the customer or others, and damage to the customer's vehicle, or other vehicles, and the purchased merchandise. Appliances Price Chopper LLC recommends that customers utilize delivery services, which minimize the risk of property damage and personal injuries.

​Refund policy

-No refunds will be issued.
-ACIMA financed sales are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit. All applicable warranty policies still apply with manufacture warranty.
-From purchase date, customers have 10 days to return their appliance(s) for store credit.
-Delivery Fees, stove gas lines, dryer gas lines, dryer vent tubes, dryer steam kits, front load stacking kits, rubber and metal -washer fill hoses, refrigerator water lines, dishwasher water lines, and other appliance installation connections purchased are not eligible for store credit.
-A 10% Restock Fee will be applied to all eligible store credit.
-Return transactions needing Appliances PriceChopper truck to complete the process will have additional charges applied.
-All appliances being returned by the customer must be transported upright.
-Appliances presented to Appliances PriceChopper on their side, back, upside down, or otherwise not upright, will not be accepted by Appliances PriceChopper, and any return and/or refund eligibility pertaining to those appliances will be denied.
-Upon receipt of eligible appliances, each appliance must be in the exact cosmetic condition as it was at sale e.g. packaging, wrapping, boxed components, etc.
-Store Credits will be valid for 90 days from issue date, and will expire thereafter.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours with photos for assistance.
